As a part of the development of KOMPSAT-3 Payload AEISS (Advanced Earth Imaging Sensor System) performed by Korea Aerospace Research Institute(under here KARI) this project is for the procurement of a Vibration Insensitive Interferometer which will be used for the alignment and WFE(WaveFront Error) measurements of the optical components and optical system. The interferometer should be insensitive to the external perturbation such as vibration and air turbulence. |
